What is a Leafhopper?
I've heard of these bugs before, but have never seen them (at least I don't think that I have). What do I need to look for in order to see one?

RE: What is a Leafhopper?
Here's the best pic I could find of a Leafhopper. These little guys are all over the grass in the US where I live.

Pretty colors too!

RE: What is a Leafhopper?
I simply love Leafhoppers, their like little jumping paintbrushes all over my lawn!

They're very tiny though, you you really have to get down near the grass to see them.

I agree with you! they're very tiny little bugs that eat even tiny grass insects. I'm not sure if it's bad to have them, but they sure are cute.

Leafhopper are friendly little bugs, I play with them all the time and not once have I gotten bit. I love them!

RE: What is a Leafhopper?
They're cool little bugs, I was never bothered by them. I'd leave them alone unless someone else know thats they're particularly bad for your garden.

I can confirm that most of this info is indeed correct - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leafhopper

Anyways, check it out for some technical details.
