Set in the gentle world of Three Little Woods, our characters, Dan the Gardener, Jake, Nan Fran, Jennifer Pickles, and Recycle Michael, plus many more, inspire children to explore, create, and care for the world around them. Through their adventures, children discover that small actions, like planting seeds, recycling, or helping a friend, can make a big difference.
As our stories grew, something wonderful blossomed: a deeper purpose. Nature has a remarkable way of helping children who think, feel, and experience the world differently. Many have busy, curious minds, especially those with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity, and they often thrive when given the freedom to move, touch, and create. The outdoors encourages exactly that: a space to breathe, play, and grow in their own way.
Through storybooks, animation, activities, and hands-on adventures, Dan the Gardener & Friends helps children and families reconnect with nature, creativity, and each other. It’s about finding calm in the outdoors, building confidence through curiosity, and showing that caring for our planet can be fun, peaceful, and full of satisfaction.

In Nan Fran’s cosy kitchen, children discover the magic of cooking, baking, and healthy eating. From fruity snacks and garden soups to festive biscuits, every recipe is simple, safe, and designed to build confidence.
Nan Fran also shares gentle lessons on kindness, gratitude, and the joy of sharing food with others, turning mealtimes into mindful family moments.

Eco Heroes
Recycle Michael inspires kids to become everyday planet protectors! Through creative upcycling projects, recycling challenges, and eco games, children learn how small actions make a big difference.

The Science Shed
